Ward & McKenzie Announces Leadership Transition

After thirty years at the helm of Ward & McKenzie Yacht Consultants its co-founder Ian Collett
is retiring from the business. Chris Nicolle who has run the superyacht survey and new build
management side of the business for fifteen years will now run the business supported by
Ian’s long-suffering PA, Liz Girling, who will continue to develop the yacht ownership and
registration agency side of the business.

The continuing business will operate under the banner of Ward & McKenzie Surveys Limited
and Yacht Consultants will be wound up in due course. Existing matters and current clients
will continue to be dealt with by Chris and Liz, and Ian, if required. Minimal, if any,
inconvenience should occur to the client.

Ian will continue to be involved in the new business as a Consultant helping with legal and
quasi legal matters and the continuing development of the new business.
The Letheringham office will be closed and the postal address and main office of WMSL will
be The Lawns, Lockhams Road, Curdbridge, Southampton, SO32 2BD.
