Chris Nicolle is a qualified and experienced Expert Witness dealing with the technical aspects of yacht construction and operation. Utilising that experience and the legal background of Ian Collett also places us in a position where we can facilitate mediation dialogue between opposing parties and help resolve disputes before expensive litigation commences.
We have been appointed as an Expert Witness in respect of Arbitrations in England, Italy, France and Finland, as well as in the English High Court.
