Luis is a surveyor who undertakes yacht surveys on the Canary Islands, he studied naval architecture at Madrid, Spain and is a consulting engineer, and speaks fluent Spanish, English and French. As well as operating in the yacht market, Luis has extensive experience of commercial vessels over 100 metres. He is a non exclusive ABS surveyor.
