Large or Super Yacht Pre Coding or Class Inspection

Not a Code Compliance examination, but rather a report to assess possible changes or alterations which need to be done to make the Super Yacht compliant to MCA / Class requirements. It will involve a list of technical changes and safety/navigation equipment required. We can oversee the upgrade/refit and liaise with the MCA certifying authority and/or Class

In summary, the survey will include the following:

• Hatches, openings, doorways and Port Lights
• Engine Ventilation, Breather pipes, Fuel lines and shut off valves
• Emergency lighting, battery stowage and bilge pumping
• Fire Safety, Insulation and Risk assessment
• Fire fighting emergency back up pumps and safety
• The extent to which alterations need to be done to comply with the MCA
