On Valentine’s Day this year we launched Amels 171#455, “Addiction” and safely delivered her to her new owners in April, in time for the Monaco Grand Prix, on schedule and on budget! A reflection of the hard work and planning put into this build by Andrew Williamson, our Director of Projects, and Albert McIlroy and his team who were imbedded in the yard for many months.

Our second Amels 171#456, continues in build and is currently being extended. We expect her to be completed in Spring 2010.

In addition to these projects Andrew and his team have advised on several other new build projects, including a Perini 55m, Genesis 48, Benetti 50 and Astondoa 45. Several large refits are also being supervised and managed by the team, including a 65m ex Canadian Coastguard tender, a second world war armed trawler, and a Benetti classic. We continue, despite the recession, to receive enquiries on what might loosely be called “project” and valuation work from owners and their bankers.
